Hours of Operation: Open daily from sunrise to sunset; if facility is lighted, night-time activities may remain open until 11:00 p.m.
Description: Kester Park consists of 8.4 acres. Facilities include grills, benches restrooms, walking/ jogging track, a playground, baseball, rentable pavilion shelters and this park is ADA accessible. Pavilion shelters are by permit use only.
Improvements & New Additions: Two dedicated baseball/softball fields, the reconstruction of existing grass areas, visitor dugouts, bleachers with shade structures, sports lighting, a new fenced-in outfield, batting cage, two scoreboards, crowd fencing, new park lighting and landscape.

Park patrons will have direct access to the system online utilizing either the City’s official parks page and quick link QR codes posted throughout the parks.
