Seasonal hours will be in effect from Memorial Day through Labor Day at this facility.

The McNair Park was named in honor of Ronald E. McNair, one of the astronauts who passed away in the 1986 Challenger shuttle explosion.

McNair Park has some amazing new improvements- stop by and check them out!

• New artificial turf football field with bleacher seating, press box and concessions
• New exterior playground and exercise area
• New 6,000 sq. ft. recreational clubhouse with fitness center and yoga room
  
• Resurfaced existing basketball courts and installed new hoops
• New 8-lane Olympic-size running track
• Expanded parking to accommodate another 270 spaces.
• This facility also has a bike rack

The Perry Weather Outdoor Warning System:

A completely wireless, cloud-based emergency alert and lighting warning system that is constantly operational and integrated with the most reliable lightning detection network to provide 24 hour weather risk monitoring and warning.
