The Bait Shop offers food, beverages and bait for purchase, as well as rod rentals. Children 10 and under must be accompanied by a guardian. There is a 3 rod maximum per person and a Florida Fishing License is not required to fish on the Pier.

- Annual resident pass (with proof of residency) $564/year
- Annual non-Resident pass $1,128/year
- Semi-annual resident pass (with proof of residency) $245/6 months
- Semi-annual non-resident pass $490/ 6 months
Pier Prohibited Acts:
- The following acts are not allowed:
- Barefeet
- Animals
- Skateboards
- Rollerblades
- Diving or jumping from the pier
- Bicycles
- Glass, straws or Styrofoam
- Netting of fish or sea life
- Running, climbing or sitting pier rails
- Littering
- Shark Fishing
