About the Pompano Beach Aquatic Center
The 50-meter Olympic size pool utilizes an energy- efficient geothermal heating and cooling system to maintain the ideal water temperature for optimal performance. The pool can be configured for 14 short courses or 8 long courses plus an additional 25-meter teaching pool. A state-of-the-art Daktronics scoreboard and timing system is ready to be added to your service package, plus a deck lighting system, for early morning or evening pool use.
Locker rooms are conveniently located on-deck along with a multi-use room for classroom training, aquatics meetings or gathering space. We also have a pro shop for everything from basic swimming necessities to professional tech suit fittings.
The Aquatic Center is walking distance to a LA Fitness gym and fitness trails and is conveniently located just minutes away from 3-miles of beautiful beaches with endless watersports, 700 acres of parks, as well as professional golf, and tennis facilities.

- A completely wireless, cloud-based emergency alert and lighting warning system that is constantly operational and integrated with the most reliable lightning detection network to provide 24 hour weather risk monitoring and warning. Park patrons will have direct access to the system online utilizing either the City’s official parks page and quick link QR codes posted throughout the parks.

Aquatic Center Rules
- NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 8 PERMITED WITHOUT A GUARDIAN OVER THE AGE OF 15 IN ACCORDANCE WITH FL § 98.06.
- BEVERAGES ALLOWED ON PREMISES BUT MUST BE IN NON-GLASS CONTAINERS AND NON-ALCOHOLIC. ALL FOOD PROHIBITED.
- PAYMENT IS REQUIRED FOR ENTRY INTO FACILITY.
- DIVING BOARDS OPEN ONLY WHEN SCHEDULING PERMITS.
- OBEY LIFEGUARDS AND STAFF AT ALL TIMES.
- WE ACCEPT CASH OR CREDIT CARD FOR PAYMENTS OF ANY KIND.
