Empower yourself with our youth and adult selfdefense classes designed to build confidence, awareness, and practical skills. Participants will learn effective techniques in a safe, supportive environment while improving focus, strength, and personal safety.

ADULT DEFENSE CLASS

  • 6:30 PM-7:30 PM

YOUTH DEFENSE CLASS

  • 7:30 PM-8:30 PM

$60/month or $10/class
