The Fisher Family Pier will be closed Tuesday, January 20 and Wednesday, January 21 for construction in preparation for the First Amphibious Landing Monument. Installation is expected within one week after construction concludes.

- A completely wireless, cloud-based emergency alert and lighting warning system that is constantly operational and integrated with the most reliable lightning detection network to provide 24 hour weather risk monitoring and warning. Park patrons will have direct access to the system online utilizing either the City’s official parks page and quick link QR codes posted throughout the parks.
Offerings:
Pompano Beach Highlands Park and Recreation Center consists of 3.3 acres. Facilities include basketball, playground, 2 pavilions and a recreation center. The Center has one medium auditorium and two smaller classrooms. This park is Dog friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friend along with you!
