The Fisher Family Pier will be closed Tuesday, January 20 and Wednesday, January 21, and Thursday January 22 for construction in preparation for the First Amphibious Landing Monument. Installation is expected within one week after construction concludes.
Open daily from sunrise to sunset; if the facility is lighted, night-time activities may remain open until 11:00 p.m.
Sand and Spurs Equestrian Park is situated on 12 acres of land adjacent to the Goodyear Blimp base, providing grounds for the care, housing, and exercising of equine. There are a total of 35 stalls, both privately owned and City-owned, some of which are currently available for rent. The current fees for stall rental, park hours, and park rules are provided in the City’s Ordinance:
