Please fill out and return this Hold Harmless Agreement along with your payment.

If approved, payment in the amount of $75.00 must be received by Monday, October 6, 2025. Subsequently, late payments will not be accepted at this time. Please make checks payable to the City of Pompano Beach. Credit Card payments (Credit Cards, Debit Cards) must be processed at Senior Activity Center or E. Pat Larkins Center. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS – NO EXCEPTIONS!

Set-Up Time: 8:30am-10:00am

Breakdown Time: 2:00pm-3:00pm
