Meet fellow food-loving souls while we prepare and enjoy these popular and delicious Asian appetizers, that are as much fun to make, as they are to eat.

Serve them at your next gathering, and watch them disappear! Classes incorporate knife skills, essential cooking techniques, and pro tips to make your time in the kitchen easier. Classes include food, supplies, disposable aprons, serve ware and equipment. All you need to bring is your appetite for learning, and an optional beverage to enjoy with your creations. Cook, Laugh, Eat!

Session 1

Chinese Pot stickers (ground pork, cabbage filling) Soy-Ginger Dipping Sauce

Edamame with Sesame-Soy Dressing

Session 2

Thai Grilled Chicken or Tofu Satays served in Lettuce Wraps with Spicy Peanut Sauce

Cucumber Salad

Session 3

Vietnamese Summer Rolls - Shrimp (or Tofu)

Hoisin-Peanut Sauce and Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauces

Class Takeaways: Knife skills, cooking rice noodles, working with rice paper, balancing flavors

Session 4

Vietnamese Sizzling Crepes - Rice flour and coconut milk batter, shrimp and pork (or mushroom and tofu) and bean sprouts served with lettuce, fresh herbs and two dipping sauces: nuoc cham and Hoisin-peanut sauce
