Public Event Applications

Planning an event in Pompano Beach? Public event applications are required for festivals, gatherings, and activities that utilize the beach, the pier, or any City park. Submit your application early to help ensure a smooth review and approval process.

Please note as of Feb 2, 2026, there will be an increase in public event application fees:

  • $150 – 60+ days before event
  • $250 – 46–59 days before event
  • $350 – Less than 45 days before event
  • $100 – Nonprofit rate, no less than 45 days before event

Beach Wedding Application

The City of Pompano Beach offers four beautiful locations and two different time slots for an intimate beach wedding ceremony. Couples can choose to have their wedding with the beautiful backdrops of the Pompano Beach Pier, Hillsboro Lighthouse, and more. $25 for the non refundable application fee
$130.00 for the Rental Fee
