YOUR OPINION MATTERS! GET INVOLVED. SHARE IDEAS. MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

We invite you to join this FREE program to gain volunteer hours, attend events for FREE and meet new people!

The Teen Advisory Network (TAN) is an exciting and empowering program made up of students from across Broward County who are passionate about making a difference in their community. These motivated teens volunteer at City of Pompano Beach events, gain valuable volunteer hours, and help plan and attend their own “Adventure Series” of outings around the city—experiences that have included fun destinations like Pompano Beach's very own, Top Golf and community service activities.

TAN provides a fun, supportive environment for networking, leadership development, and student-driven creativity. Members meet monthly to brainstorm ideas, plan events, and connect with peers—all while enjoying snacks, laughs, and the chance to shape the future of teen programming in Pompano Beach.
