Teen Advisory Board Application

Form Instructions:

Mission: To bring together a diverse group of Pompano Beach Teenagers in order to provide quality programs and unique special events created by Pompano Beach Teens for Pompano Beach Teens.

Commitment: By holding a position with the Teen Advisory Board (TAB), you are required to attend and participate in a monthly meeting held on every second Tuesday of the month at the Emma Lou Olson Civic Center 1801 NE 6TH ST. Pompano Beach, FL 33060. Meeting are from 6pm – 7pm. In addition, your support at special events may be required.
